Its that time of the month again! This month has been a crazy busy one! But don't fret I've still been eyeing up a ton of goodies! <3 Lets get to it!

Now this is kind of out of the ordinary but one of the sites that I've been eyeing up especially this last week of August is LUUUX! Now this site is the most unique social networking, blogging, beauty site out there! And you know me I'm always on the look out for fun new sites and contests! This site is nothing like you have ever seen. Trust me!

Basically you earn Luuux points for blogging! Now I know your like ok say what? lol But all you do is blog, comment, and socialize on the site and you collect points. Points can be later redeemed for prizes! Now the prizes are unreal! I was shocked! I'm currently eyeing up the MAC Book Pro, Sigma Brush set and Christian Louboutin shoes, and that's just to name a few! Don't fret my lovelies, earning points is easy and doesn't take much! I just started using Luuux this week and earned 300+ points! 

I would highly recommend joining. Not going to lie there are a few downsides however this site is so bran spanking new they are still weeding things out and weren't expecting the amount of traffic so be prepared for a little bit of lagging and down time. But I swear its worth it!

Simple Series-Subtle Greys

As you all know I've been doing a series of simple looks, and this right here might be the second last or last of the series, I'm not a 100% as of yet, but I miss doing darker looks! I think my next series might be a clubbing series or something fun. Whooo knows!

I had a lovely YouTuber (Policosmetics82) ask me what should could combine MAC's Vex eyeshadow with and it got my mind thinking and of course I experimented, and this is what I came up with. However I use Vex as a neutral shade and pair it with alot of shades, it also can make a nice highlight color for the inner tear duct area. Or even on its own it is stunning.

How often should you wash your makeup brushes?

Depending on the brush, If its a brush you use with cream products like foundation, concealer, cream blush etc. You should spot clean before or after every use. Powder Brushes, blush/bronzer brushes don't need to be cleaned everyday. This is because bacteria is attracted to areas of moisture but I like to spot clean them to remove any pigmentation so they are fresh for my next use. Just my personal preference.

As for eye brushes I would suggest spot clean before or after every use just to be safe and this removes any pigmentation left on your brushes from your last use.

I would suggest doing a deep cleaning at least every two weeks or once month to really get your brushes clean. However spot cleaning is still effective at getting your brushes clean. Hope this helps :)

Haul-American Eagle, Shoppers Drugmart, Shoes!!!!

Alright so I decided to go finally get myself some jeans! I've been putting it off for a while now for the obvious reason...Jean shopping isn't fun when you have a few added curves. Oh the horror lol. Now to get you all familiar with this beautiful body of mine (insert sarcasm here!) my measurements are 37-34-39 depending some days they fluctuate but as of today this is what they are! So I've got a boxy figure, my belly area is as wide as my hip are so I look like a walking rectangle with a slight curve at the rib/natural waist area. Ugh I can't even believe I have told you all the measurements -_- be nice! lol 

You all have seen my lovely curves in a few OOTD so if your having a hard time picturing the shape take a look at one of those videos! Now your wondering well what sizes do you typically wear in pants? Well depends! Pants are an issue for me, shorts and shirts aren't a problem but for some reason pants are! Especially jeans! I wear a size 30 or 9/10 depending on the store. 

I never used to be this wide so keep in mind I'm still getting used to it -_- hopefully not for long! I have been running but recently hurt my hip somehow so I'm trying to let that heal hopefully it will hurry it up because I was really liking the Couch to 5k!!! Don't worry I've been stretching! 

Oh wow really off topic! Anyhow I found the perfect jeans!!! I went into American Eagle and tried a few on, the sales girl was sooo helpful she was like "I know exactly what jeans you'd like!" and she was soooo right! Usually I find sales people to be very pushy but she was pretty helpful! My first American Eagle experience was pleasant! 

The jeans I purchased were the AE-Artist/Muse Regular in a Dark wash. Love them! I even had to buy 2, they were so amazing. They were on sale for $34.95. Originally $39.95. Not bad I think. 

As for the shoes! Oh my word I have never seen sexier shoes in my life! haha these will be my going out shoes for the year! I don't care if they don't match I'm going to wear the heck out of them! You might think they are "stripperish" as Derek calls them but they make me feel hot!

Double Winged Liner-Clubbing/ Going Out Tutorial

Lately I have been playing with liner quite a bit, you all know me by now and know I love either bold heavy liner, or winged out! Well I found a new way of spicing my love for liner up! Double winging it!

I was in the mall the other day checking out one of my favorite stores (D-Tox) and on the front was a girl who looked very similar to Taylor Momsen a.k.a Jenny Humphrey off of Gossip girl with crazy thick double winged liner and immediately I had to try it out. I want to try and replicate that look asap! But for now I thought I'd just play with the idea of a interesting clubbing going out look, since my contest is all about going out!
