Create a really dramatic going out look you would wear "out", you could be going out clubbing, to a special event, or just out with the girls. This look can be funky, glamorous, sultry, or even outrageous! Just make sure you would personally wear this out.
1. Please make your video response in tutorial form
2. Please name your your video "InsideOutBlack's Glamming it Up Contest Entry"
3. There is going to be no time limit so your tutorial can be up to 15 minutes, that is fine with me :)
4. In your video please tell me where your wearing your look to and briefly tell me why you should win!
